Okay... I have heard the WHOLE shcool buzzing about how great this book is and decided to give it a shot. Okay, lets face it... I didn't like it. But it was HILAROUS, kindda I guess. It didn't exactly resolve me into a pile of laughing bones but hey... I always had a twisted sense of humour. What I find most unsettling is that the main character-Gregory... is a tad too full of himself. Just a little but a refreshing change. So... a 4/5. I mean.. it's okay but it didn't make me fall in love head over heels. Zoo-Wee-Mama! SWEET ILLUSTRATIONS BTW!
Synopsis
A tale of the growing journey of a boy in middle school and the ups and downs of school life. Sooo.... being sanwiched in the middle with two brothers at both ends was never easy. And being a wimp and everything doesn't exactly attract girls. And having a friend like Rowley definately did nothing to help. But it's still cool and Greg is definately on the go. Just avoiding the Cheese Touch on the way. XD

I finsihed it in an hour. It was THAT awesome! I wasn't even aware of time! Okay... so maybe it font is very big and there is loads of illustrations but hey, it's awesome man! This book is just great. Intrudging. Captivating. Imaginative. And just plain awesome! I'm no fan of Philip Pullman (I couldn't stand 2 chapters of Northen Lights) but this book TOTALLY changed my mind. This is one of those books that reaches out to the readers. And for some strange reason, it kindda gives me the creeps.[]
0.0 OMG! I forgot! So much for that stupid.... Okay... still thinking!
Everything in this world is like a clockwork. When you wind something up, there's no truning back. Four individuals forund themselves wound up in a sticky situation that puts them to tests. A clockmaker apprentice facing failure. A writter with a story he couldn't control. A girl whose courage needs to match up her courage and the doctor who might as well be a devil himself. A cold win ter night, everbody gathered around the young writer, Fritz. Tommorow was the greatest event that all of the folks have been awaiting, the day the clockmaker apprentice shall no longer be one. A new figure shall be bolted into the grand clock of the city. And Karl the apprentice was anxious. He hadn't created any clockwork figurine of such yet. And he was desprate. As Fritz was reaching the climax of the story, the door banged and in came a man and things took and interesting twist of event as the nightmare begins. []
